Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Antonio Calisto Pato ("I", "me", or "my") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use TowerStacker (the "App").

Note: The App may be published or branded under the name “CWE Games” (for example, in emails or on websites), but the App is operated by Antonio Calisto Pato as an individual (not a separate legal entity).

Quick summary (plain English):

1) Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the TowerStacker mobile application on iOS and iPadOS. It does not cover third-party services that you may access through or in connection with the App (such as Apple Game Center or Google AdMob) except to the extent described here.

2) Information I Collect

A. Information you provide to me

B. Information collected automatically when you use the App

Some information is collected automatically by the App and/or by integrated SDKs (software development kits) used for advertising, consent, and measurement. This may include:

C. Information related to in-app purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases (for example, “Remove Ads”). Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. I do not receive your full payment card details. I may receive information necessary to validate and provide the purchase, such as the product identifier, transaction status, and receipts/entitlements.

D. Apple services (Game Center)

The App may use Apple Game Center (for example, leaderboards and achievements). Game Center is provided by Apple. If you choose to sign in to Game Center, Apple may process information such as your Game Center profile and gameplay activity associated with leaderboards/achievements. The App may access or display leaderboard-related data provided through Apple’s Game Center APIs.

E. Third-party advertising, consent, and measurement services

I use third-party services to provide advertising and related measurement. These third parties may collect information automatically, including through identifiers and similar technologies. The primary third-party services used by the App include:

Learn more about Google’s practices: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for ads.

3) How I Use Information

4) Advertising, Tracking, and Consent

App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

The App may request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you allow tracking, the App (and advertising partners) may access the IDFA to support personalized advertising and measurement. If you decline, iOS will not provide the IDFA to the App for tracking purposes.

You can change your tracking choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

Consent form in certain regions

If you are located in a region where consent is required for certain types of advertising (for example, personalized ads), the App may present a consent form (via Google UMP) that allows you to choose whether you want personalized ads. Your consent choice may be stored and used to configure advertising behavior.

Non-personalized ads

Even if you do not allow tracking or do not consent to personalized ads (where applicable), you may still see ads. In that case, ads may be contextual (based on general information such as your region, device type, or the content of the App) and may still involve basic measurement and fraud-prevention processing.

5) How I Share Information

I do not rent your personal information. I may share information in the following circumstances:

6) Data Retention

7) Security

I use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

8) International Data Transfers

If you use the App outside the United States, information may be processed and stored in the United States or other countries where I and my service providers operate. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

9) Your Choices and Rights

A. Choices available to all users

B. Access, deletion, and correction requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information that I maintain about you by contacting me at the email address below. Because the App typically does not use a user account system, I may need additional information to reasonably verify your request (for example, details about your support request).

For information controlled by third parties (such as advertising partners), I may direct you to those partners’ controls and privacy resources.

C. EEA/UK users (GDPR notice)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, processing may rely on different legal bases depending on the context, including: (i) consent (for personalized advertising where required), (ii) legitimate interests (such as app security, fraud prevention, and contextual ads), and (iii) performance of a contract (to provide the App features you request). You may have the right to object to certain processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

D. California users (CCPA/CPRA notice)

California law may provide you with rights regarding your personal information, including the right to know, delete, and correct. Some advertising-related processing may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can limit this by declining ATT tracking permission and by selecting non-personalized ads where available. To exercise rights, contact me at the email address below.

10) Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact me and I will take appropriate steps to address it.

11) Changes to This Privacy Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. I will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.

12) Contact
